KRS Achieved Satisfaction in IATF 16949 Supervision Audit
In November 2021, one year after gaining IATF 16949 : 2016 in 2020, KRAIBURG Rubber (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., passed IATF 16949 Supervision Audit successfully.
On November 1 and 2, 2021, two experts from OQs Shanghai Aoshi Management System Certification Co., Ltd. conducted a two-day quality system audit on our company. Based on process methodology and customer orientation, the expert group comprehensively audited our quality system documents, process identification and the relationship between processes, the planning and results of key indicators and trend analysis, internal audit and management review, customer satisfaction, customer complaints, customer special requirements, design and development in great details with all functional departments and workshop sites involved, covering all elements of the standard. The result is satisfactory. The compliance and effectiveness of the company's quality management system have been unanimously recognized by OQs audit experts. It means that the IATF 16949 : 2016 certificate we obtained in December 2020 is continuously valid.
Through the establishment and operation of IATF 16949:2016 quality management system, KRS has been practicing the quality management following the quality policy of "excellent quality creates value and satisfaction". Through different training methods, our employees’ quality awareness got further strengthened, the quality concept of "zero defect" was firmly established. Strictly complying with IATF 16949 : 2016 and other advanced standards, together with scientific methods for rubber compound products and processes design and development, potential failure modes and impact analysis, the design and development process is solidly formed combined with our own characteristics and practical experience. As a result, the five stages set by APQP are refined emphasizing the effective applications of FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP and other tools.
Mr. Jacques Swalen, the General Manager of KRS, made an important speech at the wrap up meeting, requiring all departments managers to pay high attention to the audit work and take the audit experts’ suggestions seriously with improvement plans. Draw inferences from one instance and solve problems from root causes. Work jointly to ensure continuous improvement including the company's quality management system itself. Mr. Swalen also urged the team to study how to prevent errors all the time, take the customer’s requirements as the highest goal of our work, think for the customer, make gaining customer satisfaction through all processes of APQP, implement it to every link of product realization. Our goal is to improve the quality management level and the ability of lasting product quality assurance, take company's quality management system and product quality to a new level, and further enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.
