We test each batch according to customer specifications. Standard release tests include rheology, viscosity, hardness, density, and tensile strength. KRAIBURG Rubber Suzhou installed a clean room in its production facility. The clean room follows ISO 14644-1 Class 6, which is equivalent to US FED STD 209E Class 1000.
The clean room includes two mixing lines with open mills, batch-off equipment, and one open mill compounding line. These facilities allow us to produce rubber compounds under very clean conditions.
